Exactly what I said about Putin. Rouhani, the worst President ever for Iran (except maybe the current one), was in on this stupid agreement to allow terrorist strongholds to remain in Syria. I think that Putin and the US are in on this together after what just happened in Syria in December. Russia did not enter Syria to save it from the US backed terrorists but entered to protect Israel.
